COT Report used to know where the big money(high volume) flowed past trading week

COT support fundamental idea to timing in trade meaning that if COT show any thing opposite to our fundamental idea we should wait till COT to inline with it and vice-versa.

Key thing in COT is one should look Non-commercial activity nothing else.

Trader to know the equilibrium between buyer and seller using term called "Flip" which derived from Percentage change between Non-commercial long and short

Finally,how to Interpretation? if get Positive value inflow of money to the currency and vice-versa

P.S: COT Report is Lagging Indicator which is extra one piece of puzzle. so, one shouldn't take decision solely based on it
